We had our roof replaced the summer before last due to age and the occasional leak. The team came out and did a solid job on a steep roof. We ended up with quite a few nails and shingle bits and a damaged grill, but figured these sorts of things are unavoidable. The staff was always courteous and kind throughout. We had an issue with the original vent ridge installation in the replacement roof. The ridge is wider than standard. The installation ultimately showed significant wave and quickly exposed nails. I discussed with Angel, the owner, and he promptly took a look at it himself and then sent a crew over to replace the whole thing over a holiday week, free of any additional charges. Thanks Angel for the great and professional service.
